6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thorngate and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to and from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the Service.

7. Modification of Terms

Thorngate reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

8. Termination

Thorngate reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Thorngate is incorporated, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
